Overview
Dr Niti has more than 20 years’ experience and a certified Cytopathologist . She has a vast experience and has worked both in India (in government as well as private
institutions) and abroad.
-She routinely uses standard protocols and immunohistochemistry in oncopathology
reporting as well as standard guidelines for transplant pathology and Cytopathology
reporting.
-She has led in accreditation of laboratory according to national & international
standards- NABL, NABH, HAAD, ISO and JCI standards.
-She has more 36 publications in National and International journals.

Experience
- Her last assignment was working as Senior Consultant in Histopathology and Cytopathology at Medanta, Lucknow for more than 6 years
- Prior to that she worked as Lab Director and Blood Bank Incharge at Aster Ramesh hospital, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh
- She worked for around 4 years as Lab Director at NMC group of hospitals, Abu Dhabi, UAE
- She was involved in reporting and teaching at Government Medical College, Chandigarh for 8 years and at MAMC, Delhi-2 years
- She worked as a Post-PG Fellow resident in Cytopathology PGIMER – 1 year (Jan 2003-Dec 2003)
