Dr Anil Kumar Singh (Dr A K Singh) is an eminent Pulmonologist with 18 plus years of experience working in Chandan Hospital, based in Lucknow. He is currently designated as Director, Dept. of Pulmonary Medicine at Chandan Hospital. He was previously working as Senior Consultant and Head at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute and Research Centre, New Delhi. He has been also associated with the Fortis Flt. Lt. Rajan Dhall Hospital in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. He has a vast experience of about 18 years in field of Pulmonology, Critical care and Sleep medicine. He has several publications in journals, contributed chapters in books and have conducted research work in field of lung cancer, intervention pulmonology and clinical trials. His expertise ranges from routine assessments of chronic cough and shortness of breath to evaluating patients for complex presentation and lung diseases. He specialises in the treatment of pulmonary diseases such as asthma, COPD (emphysema, chronic bronchitis), allergic cough, sarcoidosis, pneumonia, tuberculosis, ILD, lung cancer and other related disorders. He is also a leading sleep breathing disorder specialist with vast experience in treating sleep apneas.
